Description

Discover the secret to perfectly cooked air fryer lamb chops with our step-by-step guide. Achieve tender, juicy results every time with this easy-to-follow recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 rib-eye steaks, cut 1 1/2- inch thick
  • 5 cup (120 ml) reduced-sodium soy sauce
  • 25 cup (60 ml) olive oil
  • 4 teaspoon (20 ml) s grill seasoning (such as Montreal Steak Seasoning®)

Instructions

  1. Place the rib-eye steaks, soy sauce, olive oil, and grill seasoning in a large resealable bag and mix well. Allow the mixture to rest for at least two hours to marinate.
  2. Take the steaks out of the bag, disposing of the marinade, and blot any extra oil from the steaks.
  3. Pour roughly 1 tablespoon of water into the bottom of the air fryer basket to help avoid smoke while cooking. Heat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Place the steaks in the preheated air fryer and cook for 7 minutes, then turn them over and cook for another 7 minutes for medium-rare. For medium, cook each side for 8 minutes.
  5. Allow the steaks to rest for approximately 5 minutes before serving them.

Notes

  • Ensure the rib-eye steaks are well-coated with soy sauce, olive oil, and grill seasoning in the bag for optimal flavor.
  • Blot excess oil from the steaks before air frying to enhance searing and minimize smoke.
  • Rest steaks for 5 minutes to allow juices to redistribute for tenderness and flavor.
