Ingredients
- 6 jalapeños (6)
- 6 slices of beef bacon (6)
- 1/2 block of cream cheese (125 g)
- 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (30 g)
- 1 TBSP (15 ml) of Ranch Seasoning
- BBQ sauce
Instructions
- Slice off the tops of the jalapeños, then split them lengthwise.
- With caution, remove the seeds (wearing gloves is recommended for safety).
- Combine the softened cream cheese with the shredded cheddar and Ranch seasoning in a bowl.
- Stuff each jalapeño half with the prepared cream cheese blend.
- Halve the bacon slices and wrap them around the stuffed jalapeños.
- Place them in the air fryer and cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 15 minutes.
- Apply a layer of BBQ sauce and continue cooking for a few additional minutes, or until the bacon is perfectly crispy.

- For a spicier flavor, keep some jalapeño seeds when stuffing.
