Description

Learn how to make delicious and crispy Air Fryer Jalapeno Poppers with this easy recipe. Perfect for a tasty appetizer or snack!

Ingredients

  • 6 jalapeños (6)
  • 6 slices of beef bacon (6)
  • 1/2 block of cream cheese (125 g)
  • 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (30 g)
  • 1 TBSP (15 ml) of Ranch Seasoning
  • BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Slice off the tops of the jalapeños, then split them lengthwise.
  2. With caution, remove the seeds (wearing gloves is recommended for safety).
  3. Combine the softened cream cheese with the shredded cheddar and Ranch seasoning in a bowl.
  4. Stuff each jalapeño half with the prepared cream cheese blend.
  5. Halve the bacon slices and wrap them around the stuffed jalapeños.
  6. Place them in the air fryer and cook at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 15 minutes.
  7. Apply a layer of BBQ sauce and continue cooking for a few additional minutes, or until the bacon is perfectly crispy.

Notes

  • For a spicier flavor, keep some jalapeño seeds when stuffing.
  • Ensure cream cheese is fully softened to mix easily with cheddar and Ranch seasoning.
  • Adjust air fryer cooking time based on bacon thickness for optimal results.
