Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil (30 ml)
- 2 tbsp soy sauce (30 ml)
- 1 tbsp honey (15 ml)
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) chili sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar (5 ml)
- 2 lbs chicken thighs (900 g)
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Mix the vegetable oil, soy sauce, honey, chili sauce, and rice vinegar in a large bowl. Add the chicken and mix well to coat. Cover the bowl and chill in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.
- Set the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) and let it warm up. Remove the chicken from the marinade.
- Arrange the chicken thighs with the skin side facing up in the air fryer basket. Fry for 5 minutes, then turn them over and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes.
- Move the chicken to a plate and let it sit for 5 minutes before serving. Sprinkle with chopped green onion and toasted sesame seeds for garnish.
