Instructions
- Slice the skinless salmon into cubes measuring one inch and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- In a bowl of medium size, combine soy sauce, maple syrup, minced garlic, and lemon juice, whisking until fully blended. Set aside 2 tablespoons of this mixture to apply to the salmon while it cooks.
- Mix the salmon cubes with the remaining marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated, and let sit for 20 minutes.
- Transfer the marinated salmon pieces to the air fryer. Set the temperature to 390°F and cook for 3 minutes.
- Pause the cooking, apply the reserved glaze onto the salmon pieces, and continue cooking for another 3 minutes. Ensure the salmon’s internal temperature reaches between 125-130°F.
- Serve the salmon atop a bed of rice accompanied by vegetables.
