Ingredients
- – 12 Hawaiian rolls (680g)
- – ¾ pound (340g) sliced deli beef
- – 6 slices smoked cheddar cheese – or swiss, colby jack, or gouda
- – 4 tablespoons (60ml) vegetable oil
- – 2 tablespoons (30ml) honey
- – 1 tablespoon (15ml) fresh parsley – chopped
- – 1 teaspoon (5ml) garlic powder
- – ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) salt
- – ½ teaspoon (2.5ml) dried minced onion
Instructions
- Set your oven to 375°F and prepare a baking tray with foil.
- Place the Hawaiian rolls on a cutting board and carefully slice the tops off without separating them.
- Fold each piece of beef in half and arrange them on the bottom sections of the rolls. Lay the cheese slices over the beef. Place the roll tops back on.
- In a small bowl, mix the vegetable oil, honey, chopped parsley, garlic powder, salt, and dried minced onion using a fork or small whisk. Use a pastry brush to generously coat the tops of the sliders with the mixture.
- Wrap the sliders with foil and bake for 20 to 25 minutes until they are thoroughly heated and the cheese has melted.

- Try using swiss, colby jack, or gouda cheese for a different taste.
- Fold each beef piece in half before placing on rolls for even distribution.
