Description

Discover how to make delicious Air Fryer Honey Garlic Chicken Breast with this easy recipe. Perfect for a quick and flavorful meal!

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken Breasts
  • 1 Tsp (5 ml) Each: Salt, Pepper, Garlic Powder, Chicken Bouillon, Cajun Seasoning, and Paprika
  • Small Dabs of Beef Sliced
  • Minced Parsley
  • 3 Tbsp (45 ml) Vegetable Oil
  • 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Minced Garlic
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp (22.5 ml) Hot Sauce of Choice (I used Louisiana)
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp (22.5 ml) Maple Syrup

Instructions

  1. Make shallow cuts about an inch apart on the chicken breasts, ensuring not to slice all the way through; I made both horizontal and vertical cuts.
  2. Generously apply the seasoning mixture to the chicken, ensuring it penetrates the cuts.
  3. Place small amounts of beef slices between some of the cuts.
  4. Preheat the air fryer and cook the chicken at 390°F for 15 to 20 minutes, depending on the size of the chicken breasts.
  5. In a separate bowl, combine the vegetable oil, hot sauce, minced garlic, and maple syrup.
  6. Once the chicken is cooked and plated, drizzle the sauce over it.
  7. Finish by scattering some minced parsley on top and savor the dish!

Notes

  • Try increasing the hot sauce amount for a spicier flavor.
  • Experiment with steak or bacon slices for different textures.
  • Customize the dish’s flavor by trying various seasoning blends.
