- 8 slices deli beef
- 4 large slices Swiss cheese
- 8 dill pickle slices

Instructions
- Apply a layer of mayonnaise on one side of every bread slice.
- Position 4 slices of bread with the mayo-covered side facing down. Spread Dijon mustard lightly on top.
- Arrange Swiss cheese evenly on each of the mustard-coated slices, followed by the deli beef, folding the slices to fit, and add dill pickle slices.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, ensuring the mayo-covered side is facing upwards, and gently press to seal the sandwiches.
- Set the air fryer to 380 degrees F (193 degrees C) to preheat.
- Coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray or use parchment paper to line it.
- Place the sandwiches in the basket in a single layer, ensuring there is space around each one. If necessary, cook in multiple batches depending on your fryer’s capacity.
- Cook the sandwiches for 3 to 4 minutes until they start to brown.
- Turn the sandwiches over and continue cooking for an additional 2 to 3 minutes until the cheese has melted and the bread is golden brown.
- Cut the sandwiches in half and serve them warm.
Notes
- Try using honey mustard or spicy mustard instead of Dijon for a new flavor twist.
- Experiment with cheddar or provolone cheese for a unique taste experience.
- Add a slice of cooked bacon to each sandwich for an extra burst of flavor and texture.
