Ingredients
- 1 slice bread
- 2 teaspoon (10 ml) s mayonnaise
- 1 slice cheese
- 1 beef frank
Instructions
- Take a slice of bread and apply a thin coat of mayonnaise on one side.
- Place a slice of cheese on the uncoated side of the bread.
- Position a beef frank on top of the cheese-covered side and wrap the bread around it, enveloping it snugly.
- Use two toothpicks (or three, if necessary) to secure the ends of the bread to the beef frank.
- Depending on your air fryer, either preheat it to 375°F or set it to 375°F if preheating is not needed.
- Carefully place your creation in the air fryer, ensuring not to overcrowd the space.
- My air fryer can accommodate about 4 without them touching, but older models might only fit 2.
- Cook using the air fry setting for approximately 3 to 4 minutes. If not ready after 4 minutes, extend the cooking time in 1-minute intervals until fully cooked.
- Take out and serve right away. Pair with ketchup, mustard, or any other preferred dipping sauces.
Notes
- Consider using whole wheat bread and low-fat mayonnaise for a healthier option.
- Experiment with cheddar or pepper jack cheese for extra flavor.
- Opt for a turkey or chicken frank for a lighter alternative.
