Ingredients
- 1 cup Birch Bender’s Plant Power Pancake + Waffle Mix (240 ml)
- 1/4 cup Cashew Butter (60 g)
- 3 tbsp Milk (45 ml)
- 2 tbsp Maple Syrup (30 ml)
- 3/4 tsp (4 ml) Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Ginger
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Vanilla Digestive Support Protein (*Organic Powdered Sugar)
Instructions
- In a smaller bowl, mix together the ingredients, leaving out the protein/powdered sugar.
- Line your air fryer with a small piece of parchment paper.
- Shape the mixture into 12 balls, each about the size of a tablespoon, and arrange them on the parchment.
- Cook at 320°F for approximately 6 minutes.
- Allow them to cool fully before rolling in the coating.

- Consider using almond butter or peanut butter for a nutty flavor instead of cashew butter.
