Ingredients

  • 1 cup Birch Bender’s Plant Power Pancake + Waffle Mix (240 ml)
  • 1/4 cup Cashew Butter (60 g)
  • 3 tbsp Milk (45 ml)
  • 2 tbsp Maple Syrup (30 ml)
  • 3/4 tsp (4 ml) Cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp (1 ml) Ginger
  • 2 tbsp (30 ml) Vanilla Digestive Support Protein (*Organic Powdered Sugar)


Instructions

  1. In a smaller bowl, mix together the ingredients, leaving out the protein/powdered sugar.
  2. Line your air fryer with a small piece of parchment paper.
  3. Shape the mixture into 12 balls, each about the size of a tablespoon, and arrange them on the parchment.
  4. Cook at 320°F for approximately 6 minutes.
  5. Allow them to cool fully before rolling in the coating.
