Discover how to make juicy and flavorful Air Fryer Garlic Steak Bites. Learn the secret to perfectly cooked steak in this easy recipe!
Ingredients
- – 1 ½ pounds (680 g) boneless beef steaks, cut into bite-sized pieces
- – 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
- – ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- – ½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
- – ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
- – 3 Tablespoons (45 ml) vegetable oil
- – 3 cloves garlic, minced
- – 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) fresh chopped parsley
Instructions
- Begin by setting the air fryer to 400°F and allow it to heat for 5 minutes.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef pieces with olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix everything thoroughly.
- Place the seasoned beef pieces evenly in the air fryer basket; there’s no need to apply any spray.
- Cook in the air fryer for 4 to 6 minutes, depending on how well-cooked you like them. There’s no need to turn them over. For reference, I cooked them for 5 minutes, which resulted in an internal temperature of 135°F. Remember that the bites will continue to cook when added to the garlic mixture.
- Meanwhile, as the beef is cooking, prepare the garlic mixture. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until it becomes aromatic. Mix in the chopped parsley.
- Transfer the cooked steak pieces to the skillet, and stir everything together for around a minute.
- Serve straight away.
Notes
- Marinate beef in olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika for enhanced flavor before cooking.
- Customize the dish by trying different herbs like rosemary or thyme in the garlic mixture.
- Add a bright touch by drizzling fresh lemon juice over the beef and garlic mixture before serving. Adjust spice level with red pepper flakes.
