Description

Discover how to make juicy and flavorful Air Fryer Garlic Steak Bites. Learn the secret to perfectly cooked steak in this easy recipe!

Ingredients

  • – 1 ½ pounds (680 g) boneless beef steaks, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • – 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
  • – ½ teaspoon kosher salt
  • – ½ teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
  • – ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • – 3 Tablespoons (45 ml) vegetable oil
  • – 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • – 1 Tablespoon (15 ml) fresh chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Begin by setting the air fryer to 400°F and allow it to heat for 5 minutes.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the beef pieces with olive oil, kosher salt, black pepper, and smoked paprika. Mix everything thoroughly.
  3. Place the seasoned beef pieces evenly in the air fryer basket; there’s no need to apply any spray.
  4. Cook in the air fryer for 4 to 6 minutes, depending on how well-cooked you like them. There’s no need to turn them over. For reference, I cooked them for 5 minutes, which resulted in an internal temperature of 135°F. Remember that the bites will continue to cook when added to the garlic mixture.
  5. Meanwhile, as the beef is cooking, prepare the garlic mixture. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  6. Add minced garlic to the pan and sauté for about 30 seconds until it becomes aromatic. Mix in the chopped parsley.
  7. Transfer the cooked steak pieces to the skillet, and stir everything together for around a minute.
  8. Serve straight away.

Notes

  • Marinate beef in olive oil, salt, pepper, and smoked paprika for enhanced flavor before cooking.
  • Customize the dish by trying different herbs like rosemary or thyme in the garlic mixture.
  • Add a bright touch by drizzling fresh lemon juice over the beef and garlic mixture before serving. Adjust spice level with red pepper flakes.
