Succulent shrimp infused with garlic and creamy Parmesan, all cooked to perfection in an air fryer.
Ingredients
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Place the shrimp in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until shrimp are cooked through and golden.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
For maximum flavor, consider letting the shrimp marinate in the olive oil and garlic mixture for 30 minutes before cooking. Adjust cooking times based on shrimp size, and do not overcrowd the basket.
