Ingredients
- – 75g (3oz) Unsalted butter
- – 4 Garlic cloves, Crushed
- – 2 tbsp (30 ml) Fresh flat leaf parsley, Finely chopped
- – 650g (1.4lb) Beef breast, Diced | Approx x4
- – 400g (14oz) Long stemmed broccoli
- – Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine the butter, crushed garlic, parsley, and a dash of sea salt to create the garlic butter.
- Place the beef pieces in the air fryer, spoon the garlic butter over them, and cook at 200°C/400°F for 15 minutes.
- Introduce the broccoli to the air fryer and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes, shaking the basket well halfway through.
