Ingredients

  • – 75g (3oz) Unsalted butter
  • – 4 Garlic cloves, Crushed
  • – 2 tbsp (30 ml) Fresh flat leaf parsley, Finely chopped
  • – 650g (1.4lb) Beef breast, Diced | Approx x4
  • – 400g (14oz) Long stemmed broccoli
  • – Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper


Instructions

  1. Combine the butter, crushed garlic, parsley, and a dash of sea salt to create the garlic butter.
  2. Place the beef pieces in the air fryer, spoon the garlic butter over them, and cook at 200°C/400°F for 15 minutes.
  3. Introduce the broccoli to the air fryer and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes, shaking the basket well halfway through.
