Description

Ingredients

  • 5 tbsp (75g) Unsalted butter
  • 4 Garlic cloves, Crushed
  • 2 tbsp Fresh flat leaf parsley, Finely chopped
  • 650g (1.4lb) Beef, Diced | Approx x4
  • 400g (14oz) Long stemmed broccoli
  • Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper


Instructions

  1. Combine the butter, crushed garlic, chopped parsley, and a dash of sea salt to create the garlic butter mixture.
  2. Place the beef into the air fryer, distribute the butter mixture over it, and cook at 200C/400F for 15 minutes.
  3. Introduce the long-stemmed broccoli and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes, shaking the basket thoroughly halfway through.
