- 4 Garlic cloves, Crushed

- 650g (1.4lb) Beef, Diced | Approx x4
- 400g (14oz) Long stemmed broccoli
- Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Instructions
- Combine the butter, crushed garlic, chopped parsley, and a dash of sea salt to create the garlic butter mixture.
- Place the beef into the air fryer, distribute the butter mixture over it, and cook at 200C/400F for 15 minutes.
- Introduce the long-stemmed broccoli and continue cooking for an additional 10 minutes, shaking the basket thoroughly halfway through.
