- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) onion powder
- 2 tablespoons (30 ml) shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Warm up your air fryer to 390°F.
- Place the frozen mixed vegetables straight into the air fryer’s basket. Avoid using a liner to prevent sogginess.
- Drizzle with olive oil and add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well to ensure even coating.
- Cook in the air fryer for approximately 7 minutes. Shake the basket and remove any liquid from the bottom. Continue cooking for another 7-9 minutes.
- If opting for shredded cheese, sprinkle it over the vegetables and cook for an additional minute.
