Ingredients
- 8 oz (227 g) fresh mushrooms
- 4 oz (113 g) beef cream cheese
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/8 cup (30 ml) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/8 cup (30 ml) shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Remove the mushroom stems by slicing them off and then make a circular incision around the stem area until the extra mushroom material is cleared out.
- Soften the cream cheese by microwaving it for 15 seconds.
- In a medium-sized bowl, blend the cream cheese with all the shredded cheeses, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
- Fill the hollowed mushrooms with the cheese blend.
- Put the stuffed mushrooms into the Air Fryer and cook for 8 minutes at 370°F.
- Let the mushrooms cool down before serving.
Notes
- Thoroughly clean the mushrooms before removing the stems to ensure no dirt or debris remains.
- Adjust the seasoning to your taste preferences by adding more or less salt and pepper to the cheese blend.
- For a crispier texture, consider sprinkling breadcrumbs on top of the stuffed mushrooms before cooking in the Air Fryer.
