Ingredients

  • 8 oz (227 g) fresh mushrooms
  • 4 oz (113 g) beef cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 cup (30 ml) shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1/8 cup (30 ml) shredded white cheddar cheese
  • 1 teaspoon (5 ml) Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Remove the mushroom stems by slicing them off and then make a circular incision around the stem area until the extra mushroom material is cleared out.
  2. Soften the cream cheese by microwaving it for 15 seconds.
  3. In a medium-sized bowl, blend the cream cheese with all the shredded cheeses, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir until well mixed.
  4. Fill the hollowed mushrooms with the cheese blend.
  5. Put the stuffed mushrooms into the Air Fryer and cook for 8 minutes at 370°F.
  6. Let the mushrooms cool down before serving.

Notes

  • Thoroughly clean the mushrooms before removing the stems to ensure no dirt or debris remains.
  • Adjust the seasoning to your taste preferences by adding more or less salt and pepper to the cheese blend.
