- 2 large eggs
- 2 slices of bread
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Lightly coat the air fryer tray with a non-stick spray. Set the bread slices inside the tray.
- Create a depression in the middle of each bread slice using a glass, then press down the center of the depression with your fingers.
- Break an egg into the depression of each bread slice. It’s alright if some egg white spills over the edges. Season with salt and pepper to your liking.
- Insert the tray into the air fryer. Cook at 340°F for 8 minutes. If desired, you can sprinkle a bit of cheese on top during the final minute of cooking.
- Lift the toast out with a spatula and serve immediately.
