Ingredients
- 19 oz (539 g) can of chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 1 tablespoon (15 ml) olive oil
- 1/8 teaspoon (1 ml) salt
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon (3 ml) paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon (1 ml) cayenne (optional )
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 390°F / 200°C.
- Ensure the chickpeas are drained and rinsed; drying them is unnecessary. Combine them with olive oil and seasonings.
- Place all the seasoned chickpeas into the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket a few times during the process.
- Once the chickpeas reach your desired level of crispiness, take them out of the air fryer, taste, and adjust the salt and pepper if needed.
- Keep them in a container that is not sealed.
