Description

Crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor, these wraps transform a simple meal into a delightful experience. Perfect for quick dinners or lunches.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas or wraps
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: spinach, bell peppers, or other vegetables


Instructions

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken with mozzarella cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add any additional vegetables if desired.
  3. Place a tortilla on a clean surface and add a portion of the chicken and cheese mixture in the center.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly around the filling, then brush the outside with olive oil.
  5. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
  6. Place the wraps in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Air fry for about 8-10 minutes or until the wraps are golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove from the air fryer, let cool slightly, and slice in half. Serve warm.

Notes

These wraps can be customized with different vegetables and spices. For extra crispiness, consider spraying the wraps lightly with cooking oil before air frying.
