- 1/2 tsp (3 ml) Ground Ginger
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Sesame Seeds
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) Brown Sugar, optional
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine all the sauce components and whisk them together.
- Add the cubed beef and all the vegetables to the bowl with the sauce, and mix well to ensure everything is coated evenly.
- Using tongs, transfer the coated beef and vegetables to your air fryer, arranging them in a single layer. Depending on the size of your fryer basket, you might be able to cook everything in one go.
- Set the air fryer to 380 degrees and cook for 15-20 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes to ensure even cooking.
- Once everything is fully cooked, sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
- Serve the dish hot, accompanied by rice and yum-yum sauce!
Notes
- Marinate the chicken and vegetables in the sauce for at least 30 minutes before cooking to enhance the flavor. Try adding chopped peanuts or cashews for extra crunch, along with sesame seeds. Customize the vegetables to your liking by adding bell peppers or broccoli. Adjust the cooking time based on your air fryer model to ensure the chicken is cooked to your desired level of doneness.
