Ingredients

  • 4 (7-inch) flour tortillas
  • 1/4 cup (60 ml) brown spicy mustard
  • 8 slices thin sliced beef
  • 4 slices colb y jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s melted butter


Instructions

  1. Lay out the tortillas on a clean surface. Apply 1 tablespoon of mustard evenly across each tortilla, making sure to leave a 1/2-inch border without mustard.
  2. Place 2 slices of beef onto each tortilla. Lay 1 slice of colby jack cheese on top of the beef. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the filling. Roll one of the edges tightly around the filling to form a burrito shape.
  3. Set the air fryer to preheat to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) as per the manufacturer’s guidelines.
  4. Brush the tops of the wraps with the melted butter. Arrange the wraps in the air fryer basket. Cook them for 6 minutes.
  5. Use tongs to move the wraps to a cutting board. Slice them in half and serve right away.
