Ingredients

  • – 2 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless, cut into strips (around 1 pound/450g)
  • – 1 red bell pepper, sliced into 1/2 inch slices
  • – 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced into 1/2 inch slices
  • – 1 green bell pepper, sliced into 1/2 inch slices
  • – 1 red onion, sliced into wedges
  • – 3 tablespoons (45 ml) fajita seasoning
  • – 1 tablespoon (15 ml) vegetable oil


Instructions

  1. Set the Air Fryer to a temperature of 390°F (200°C) to begin warming up.
  2. Pour the vegetable oil over the chicken strips, then sprinkle them with fajita seasoning. Stir thoroughly to ensure the chicken is fully covered in the seasoning. Add the sliced bell peppers and red onion, and coat them well with the seasoning mixture.
  3. Transfer the entire mixture into the Air Fryer basket. Cook for 15 minutes, making sure to stir the contents halfway through the cooking time.
