Ingredients

- – 1 medium squash, sliced into 1/2 circles
- – 2 cups (480ml) broccoli florets
- – 2 tablespoons (30ml) olive or avocado oil, can use an avocado oil spray
- – 1 tablespoon (15ml) Italian seasoning
- – 1 teaspoon (5ml) garlic powder
- – 1 teaspoon (5ml) onion powder
- – 3/4 teaspoon (4ml) chili powder
- – 3/4 teaspoon (4ml) salt
- – 1/2 teaspoon (2.5ml) black pepper
Instructions
- Set your air fryer to a temperature of 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Combine the chicken pieces, zucchini, squash, and broccoli in a spacious bowl. Drizzle with olive or avocado oil, or use an avocado oil spray liberally. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix everything thoroughly to coat the chicken and vegetables evenly.
- Transfer the seasoned chicken and vegetables into the air fryer once it has reached the desired temperature. Let them cook for 10 minutes. Stir the contents. Continue cooking for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, ensuring the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables are soft.
