Ingredients
- – 4 large carrots (about 400g) peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks

- – 1 teaspoon (5ml) Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Warm up the air fryer to 180C/350F.
- Combine the carrot pieces with vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a bowl and stir until they are well coated.
- Place the seasoned carrot chunks into the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking them halfway through the cooking time.
- Take the cooked carrots out of the air fryer and continue this procedure until all the carrot pieces are finished.
