Ingredients

  • – 4 large carrots (about 400g) peeled and cut into 2-inch chunks
  • – 2 tablespoons (30ml) vegetable oil

  • – 1 teaspoon (5ml) Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Warm up the air fryer to 180C/350F.
  2. Combine the carrot pieces with vegetable oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning in a bowl and stir until they are well coated.
  3. Place the seasoned carrot chunks into the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes, shaking them halfway through the cooking time.
  4. Take the cooked carrots out of the air fryer and continue this procedure until all the carrot pieces are finished.
