Description

Learn how to make crispy Air Fryer Buffalo Potato Wedges with this easy recipe. Perfect for a quick and delicious snack or side dish!

Ingredients

  • 2 medium potatoes (about 400g), cut into wedges
  • 60ml hot sauce (such as Frank’s® RedHot®)
  • 30ml olive oil
  • 30ml ranch dressing mix
  • 1 tsp (5 ml) salt

Instructions

  1. Warm up the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a spacious bowl, mix together the potato wedges, hot sauce, olive oil, ranch seasoning, and salt until the wedges are well covered.
  3. Arrange 8 wedges in the basket of the air fryer and let them cook for 8 minutes.
  4. Use tongs to transfer the wedges back into the bowl to mix them again with the sauce.
  5. Place them back in the basket and cook for another 10 minutes, remembering to shake the basket halfway through.
  6. Continue the process with the remaining 8 wedges.

Notes

  • Enhance the flavor by sprinkling garlic powder or smoked paprika onto the seasoning mix.
  • Ensure crispy wedges by evenly spacing them in the air fryer for optimal air circulation.
  • Adjust the heat level by varying the amount of hot sauce or trying a milder brand; pair with ranch dressing or sour cream for a balanced dip.
