Description

Learn how to make delicious Air Fryer Beef Jerky at home with this easy recipe. Perfect for snacking or adding to your favorite dishes!

Ingredients

  • 4 pounds (1.81 kg) London broil, thinly sliced and fat removed
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s jerky seasoning
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s beef seasoning
  • 2 teaspoon (10 ml) s beef seasoning

Instructions

  1. Put the sliced beef, jerky seasoning, and 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons of beef seasoning into a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to thoroughly mix the beef until the seasoning is evenly distributed. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight.
  2. Set the air fryer to a temperature of 160°F (70°C). Arrange the beef strips on the air fryer rack, ensuring that they do not overlap.
  3. Cook in the air fryer for 3 hours. Afterward, turn off the air fryer and allow the beef to rest for an additional hour to finish drying and cooling. Keep the finished jerky in a sealed container.

Notes

  • Add a pinch of cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes to the seasoning mix for a spicier kick.
  • Marinate the beef in soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder to enhance the flavor.
  • Consider adding a few drops of liquid smoke for a smokier taste in the beef jerky.
