Ingredients
- 4 pounds (1.81 kg) London broil, thinly sliced and fat removed
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s jerky seasoning
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s beef seasoning
- 2 teaspoon (10 ml) s beef seasoning
Instructions
- Put the sliced beef, jerky seasoning, and 2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons of beef seasoning into a large mixing bowl. Use your hands to thoroughly mix the beef until the seasoning is evenly distributed. Cover the bowl and place it in the refrigerator for a minimum of 8 hours or overnight.
- Set the air fryer to a temperature of 160°F (70°C). Arrange the beef strips on the air fryer rack, ensuring that they do not overlap.
- Cook in the air fryer for 3 hours. Afterward, turn off the air fryer and allow the beef to rest for an additional hour to finish drying and cooling. Keep the finished jerky in a sealed container.
