- 2 cup (480 ml) s hot cooked white rice

Instructions
- Set your air fryer to heat up to 400°F (200°C).
- In a big bowl, combine the beef pieces, broccoli, red bell pepper, and the white parts of the sliced green onions with vegetable oil.
- Lightly spray the air fryer basket with a non-stick spray. Spread the beef and vegetable mixture evenly in the basket.
- Cook the mixture for roughly 5 minutes. Stir and continue cooking until the meat reaches your preferred level of doneness, such as 145°F (62°C) for medium, which should take an additional 6 to 8 minutes. Let the cooked mixture rest for about 5 minutes after removing it from the fryer.
- In the meantime, make the sauce by mixing soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, toasted sesame oil, and crushed red pepper in a small saucepan.
- Heat the sauce mixture until it starts to boil, then lower the heat and let it simmer uncovered until it reduces to about 1/2 cup, which should take around 10 minutes.
- In a separate small bowl, blend cornstarch with 1 tablespoon of water until smooth.
- Pour the cornstarch mixture into the simmering sauce, stirring continuously until the sauce thickens, approximately 1 minute.
- Combine the cooked beef and vegetables with the sauce in a serving dish.
- Sprinkle the dish with the remaining green parts of the green onions.
- Serve the dish alongside hot cooked white rice, and add a sprinkle of toasted sesame seeds for garnish.
