Ingredients
- 4 large baking potatoes, scrubbed
- 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
- 5 teaspoon (3 ml) garlic powder, or to taste
- 5 teaspoon (3 ml) dried parsley, or to taste
- 4 tablespoon (60 ml) s butter
Instructions
- Collect all necessary items. Set the air fryer to a temperature of 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and allow it to heat up.
- Coat the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
- Allow the potatoes to cook in the air fryer until they become tender, which should take between 40 to 50 minutes, based on their size.
- Cut the potatoes lengthwise and gently squeeze both sides, using your hands to open them up until the soft interior is exposed. Place 1 tablespoon of butter into each potato.
