Ingredients

  • 4 large baking potatoes, scrubbed
  • 2 tablespoon (30 ml) s olive oil
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 5 teaspoon (3 ml) garlic powder, or to taste
  • 5 teaspoon (3 ml) dried parsley, or to taste
  • 4 tablespoon (60 ml) s butter


Instructions

  1. Collect all necessary items. Set the air fryer to a temperature of 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and allow it to heat up.
  2. Coat the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with kosher salt, freshly ground black pepper, garlic powder, and dried parsley. Arrange the potatoes in the air fryer basket.
  3. Allow the potatoes to cook in the air fryer until they become tender, which should take between 40 to 50 minutes, based on their size.
  4. Cut the potatoes lengthwise and gently squeeze both sides, using your hands to open them up until the soft interior is exposed. Place 1 tablespoon of butter into each potato.
