Ingredients
- 8 ounce (227 g) s halloumi cheese
- 2 teaspoon (10 ml) s olive oil
- Cooking spray
Instructions
- Warm up the air fryer to 360°F (180°C).
- Cut the halloumi into six even pieces, then divide each piece in two, and pat them dry with a paper towel. Coat all surfaces with olive oil.
- Gently mist the air fryer basket with cooking spray. Arrange the halloumi pieces in the basket, ensuring they do not touch one another. Cooking may need to be done in two rounds.
- Cook for 7 to 9 minutes until they achieve a golden hue, taking care not to overdo it to prevent them from becoming rubbery. Serve right away.
