- 3/4 cup (180 ml) grated beef cheese

- 1 large egg, beaten

Instructions
- Ensure you have all the components ready.
- Set your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) to warm up.
- On a dish, mix together the bread crumbs and grated beef cheese. Coat a slice of zucchini by first dipping it into the beaten egg, then covering it with the crumb-cheese blend, pressing down to adhere. Place the coated zucchini on a wire rack and do the same with the rest. Lightly mist the zucchini slices with cooking spray.
- Place the zucchini slices in a single layer inside the air fryer basket, doing this in batches if necessary.
- Air fry for 10 minutes, then turn the slices over and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Repeat the process with the remaining slices.
