Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon (skin on)
- 1 orange (zest and juice)
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Fold up the edges to contain the sauce.
- Combine the juice from the orange, zest from one orange, soy sauce, and honey in a bowl. Whisk well to blend the flavors.
- Pour a few spoonfuls of the sauce onto the prepared baking sheet. Place the salmon skin-side up on the parchment and pour the remaining sauce over it.
- Bake for about 7 minutes. Carefully flip the salmon skin-side down and spoon some sauce over the top.
- Continue to bake for another 18-20 minutes, adjusting time based on the thickness of your salmon fillet.
