Description

A quick and flavorful salmon dish elevated with a citrusy orange glaze, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb salmon (skin on)
  • 1 orange (zest and juice)
  • 1 additional orange (juice only)
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 Tbsp honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, folding up the edges.
  2. Combine the juice from two oranges, zest from one orange, soy sauce, and honey in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
  3. Pour a few spoonfuls of sauce onto the prepared baking pan. Place the salmon skin side up and pour remaining sauce over the top.
  4. Bake for about 7 minutes, then flip the salmon skin-side down, spooning some sauce over the top.
  5. Continue baking for an additional 18-20 minutes, or until the salmon is done (internal temperature reaches 145°F).
  6. Serve your orange salmon over rice or quinoa for a nutritious meal.

Notes

Use fresh oranges for the best flavor. Customize sweetness by adjusting honey as needed.
