A quick and flavorful salmon dish elevated with a citrusy orange glaze, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 1 lb salmon (skin on)
- 1 orange (zest and juice)
- 1 additional orange (juice only)
- 3 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp honey
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and prepare a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, folding up the edges.
- Combine the juice from two oranges, zest from one orange, soy sauce, and honey in a bowl. Whisk until smooth.
- Pour a few spoonfuls of sauce onto the prepared baking pan. Place the salmon skin side up and pour remaining sauce over the top.
- Bake for about 7 minutes, then flip the salmon skin-side down, spooning some sauce over the top.
- Continue baking for an additional 18-20 minutes, or until the salmon is done (internal temperature reaches 145°F).
- Serve your orange salmon over rice or quinoa for a nutritious meal.
