A quick and delicious tuna melt quesadilla featuring creamy cheese, spicy sriracha, and nutritious spinach, ready in just 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1 can tuna, drained
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sriracha sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 cup spinach, chopped
- 2/3 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 2 tortillas
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese and sriracha until smooth.
- Add the drained tuna, chopped spinach, minced garlic, and dried basil. Stir until well mixed.
- Take one tortilla and spread half of the tuna mixture on one half, top with mozzarella cheese, and fold the tortilla.
- In a preheated skillet over medium heat, cook the quesadilla until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Repeat with the second quesadilla.
- Slice into wedges and serve.
Notes
For an extra cheesy quesadilla, sprinkle some mozzarella on the tortilla before adding the filling. Enjoy with salsa or guacamole for added flavor.
