Ingredients

- – 2 tablespoons (30 ml) olive or avocado oil, can use an avocado oil spray
- – 1 tablespoon (15 ml) Italian seasoning
- – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) garlic powder
- – 1 teaspoon (5 ml) onion powder
- – 3/4 teaspoon (4 ml) chili powder
- – 3/4 teaspoon (4 ml) salt
- – 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) black pepper
Instructions
- Set the air fryer to heat up to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken pieces, sliced zucchini, sliced squash, and broccoli florets. Drizzle with olive or avocado oil, or spray generously with an oil mist. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to ensure everything is evenly coated.
- Place the seasoned chicken and vegetable mixture into the preheated air fryer. Cook for 10 minutes. Stir the ingredients. Continue cooking for an additional 5 to 10 minutes, until the chicken is fully cooked and the vegetables reach the desired tenderness.
